Orders, Payments and Delivery: How do I place an order?

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
All orders received by 4.00pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched for the next working day delivery (UK only). You should receive your order within 7 days but please allow up to 21 days before making complaints if you feel you have not received your order. If there will be a delay beyond this time we will contact you to let you know.
How do I cancel or return my order?
In accordance with the European directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at customerservices@self-improvement-centre.co.uk or call us on 0845 365 2310. We will ask you to return the goods to us (at your cost). We will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Please be sure to return items in a resalable condition, i.e. items should be returned, where possible, in their original box. When returning items through the post we advise you to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta/Switch, Solo and Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing etc.
Do you store credit cards details and how safe are my credit card information?
No, we do not store your card details. We use Worldpay merchant services to process your payment and your credit card details are store by them and not us. To ensure that your information is highly secure, we use (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer to process your information. This is an advanced encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised persons to access any information that you supply to us including your credit card information.
How secure is your website?

Yes you can opt out of our mailing list at anytime. If you do not wish to receive any marketing materials from us in the future please send us an email to unsubscribe from our database. Please send your email to unsubscribe@self-improvement-centre.co.uk with your names and email address that we have in our database and we will unsubscribe you immediately.
How can I make complains or suggestions?

General Questions
Do you accept submission of articles for publications?
We will accept the submission of articles of business or personal development flavour. Articles submitted are subject to approval before submission to websites.
What are your products guarantees?
We are 100% confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply return it in a resalable condition within 30 days for a full refund, enclosing a note stating the reason for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Do you charge VAT on your products?
We charge VAT on all our products except for printed books. We charge VAT on audio books.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, we do not sell wholesale but in some circumstances, we may be able to offer you wholesale prices if you are buying in bulk. Please ask us.
What kind of products do you sell?
We sell personal and financial development products i.e. books, audio books, coaching, seminars etc. More products and services will be introduced in due course and you will be notified as when due.
